Dr. Manuel Córdova (1933 – 1980)
Dr. Manuel Córdova Galarza (1933 - 1980) graduated as
Doctor in Jurisprudence and Attorney in the Central University of
Ecuador in 1963. 
He obtained the Master in Compared Law in the Southern
Methodist University, in Dallas, Texas, EEUU.
He was a member of the Provincial Council of Pichincha, by election
in 1959; a Quito City Council Member, from 1960 to 1962; Undersecretary
of the State Department from 1962 to 1963; Provincial Prefect of
Pichincha, by popular election popular, from 1967 to 1970; Congressman,
for the 1979 to 1984 term.
He died in Quito, on May 29 1980.
